EDIT: I have added additional utterances discussed in the comments and a few more I picked out.

Here is what I can pick out:

0:02 Take it off. Hold it/him boys! Take it off!

0:04 Squatting solider to camera: Allah Akhbar! Camera pans right to a second squatting solider: Akhmat rules!

0:09 More repetitions of "take it off".

0:13 [Camera pans to Ukrainian solider with white scarf who is sitting on the ground.] You there! Your ID! Let's have your ID!

0:20 Kneeling soldier facing camera and giving thumbs up sign: "By the way, that's all" in English.

0:21 What sounds like "OK" in Ukrainian

0:23 Turn over [speaker gives thumbs up to cameraman] To the Ukrainian on the ground: Come on, face this way.

0:31 thru 0:34 [Doesn't sound like Russian or Ukrainian]

0:37 Enough! We are removing clothing (i.e., the coats of the Ukrainians). We are not going to kill anyone! We are not going to kill anyone!

0:39 Main speaker: We are not going to kill anyone!

0:40 Unidentified speaker: "Hey!"

0:41 Samaray! Samaray! (Possibly an attempt to say "Snimay!", take it off)

0:43 Accented voice: Telephone!

0:44 Main speaker: Hand it all to me.

0:44 Accented voice: Telephone!

0:48 Ne a-room! Ne a-room! (Possibly an attempt to say "Ne Ubyom!", we are not going to kill)

0:50 There isn't that/anything there. [In Ukrainian, likely referring to a coat pocket]

0:51 Allah akhbar!

0:58 Main speaker facing camera: Hey! Victory is ours! Second voice chimes in: Ours!

1:08 [Others are discussing something going on nearby.] One of them says: Get your safety off! Get your safeties off everyone!

1:15 Hang on! Use your fingernail! [At least that is what it sounds like. Could also be "Lie down! Legs in that direction!"]

1:23 Somebody was...

1:24 We have someone who is contused.

1:28 Akhmat rules!

1:30 Main speaker: [tapping a second Ukrainian on the ground on the knee and extending an open hand] Hey! ID! Hand over your documents. Ukrainian says "I already handed them over" and gestures with his head to the right to indicate to whom he gave his ID.

1:35 To a third Ukrainian: ID! Ukrainian response with what sounds like "I don't understand"

You don't have ID? [Ukrainian shakes his head no and says "No"]

1:35: Returning to second Ukrainian: ID! The Ukrainian answers "I handed mine over already."

1:40 Main speaker, gloating: Why didn't you all surrender at the start? Whom do you think you are trying to fight? Hello! [i.e., Am I getting through to you?] Guys, what are you trying to do? We bind you, you surrender.

1:50 Ukrainian soldier in Russian: We surrendered right away.

Main speaker: You didn't surrender. You fought with us. Why did you make war, what's up with that?

Ukrainian: We were mobilized.

Main speaker: We aren't going to kill you. You're going to live, I promise you. It is going to be alright.

2:50 A different speaker: Get up animals! The second one too!

Main speaker: Come on, lets go.

Hey man. Just wanted to say love that you're sharing the real stuff. I don't much as enjoy watching it as much as I believe it should be viewed so people know the real costs. If i had money I would pay for the upgrade but am too poor. But will still share and like all the stuff I can to help.

I am not sure if I see correctly...at 1.04 some Russian soldier shooting preaty low at the background. can someone see that more clearly?

Russian: something “телефон” (telephone) something “давай” (let’s go/do it).

As mentioned elsewhere, I think these may have been Chechen troops with the amount of “god is great” Arabic in the background.

From the dialog the Russian soldiers are mainly interested in collecting ID's from their prisoners. May have something to do with the prisoner exchange program.

I hear allahu akbar a couple times (0:07 and 0:52 seconds), so I suspect they were captured by Chechens.

Its hard to tell what a lot is being said, but the camera man demands the mustache man's telephone, the green thing. Lots of shouts of "t'vai!" which means "lets go!" and such. The soldiers in the white uniforms seems to be shouting "the god is great" in Arabic.

Jeez, that has to be the most chaotic video ever. A total mix of languages. At the beginning it seemed like random gun firing, while towards the end it seems much more purposeful defensive fire. That crew needs a NCO running this prisoner intake, given how disorganized they are.

Why are the Ukrainian soldiers not wearing white?

A thought on the telephone return question (I know, no one else's priority here). I see your point that certain personal effects, including photographs, must be returned. POWs also have the right to communicate under the Geneva Convention, but that right can be closely limited (i.e. censored) for military necessity. Given allowing a POW to maintain their cellphone would hinder if not prevent the Responsible Party's right to censor communications for military needs, and the danger that a cell phone could be used to target Russian forces, I could see a reasonable interpretation of the Geneva Conventions that still denies POWs their personal cell phones while in custody.

If I were in charge of an army that was in snow a lot, I would have a double sided uniform. White on one side and green on the other. Harder to detect in the snow when white and green for no snow season. And white zinc for faces.

Right at the very end, does someone exclaim, "Oh Jesus!"
