Pretty certain it was the Russians even before I look at the evidence; watched the video: No surprise, it was the Russians.

Now that Ukraine is out of S-300s, they won't be able to cover up the next time Russia hits a NATO member with one.

It seems to me the thing that one needs to guard against isn't DIP but confirmation bias. Unfortunately, it seems that our current social media structure reinforces our personal biases. I have to make a conscious effort to get opposing view to even show up on my various feeds. Most people seem to live in an echo chamber where they only have their own views reinforced. Deception will never be noticed if you're unwilling to question your beliefs.

The russians could have intended to attack the cathedral. There is no need to assume that the missile missed.
