Could Wagner Make A Difference in Niger?

This video relates to my post yesterday, but is free and less technical. There's been talk of #WagnerGroup entering #niger to assist them with anti-terrorism activities. Only problem is the logistics of Niger only support a small cadre of advisors. PMCs may play by different rules, but it they still have to make a profit.
