I grew up w/ my dad being one of the main site development general contractors on the vast Nine Mile Point nuclear reactors (4) complex, along the eastern shore of Lake Ontario, in Central NYS… and a child hood friend/next door neighbor and his dad were both nuclear engineers at the complex/plants, along w/ another of my former HS classmates… everything stated in your video is fact (at least here in the USofA), the cooling towers being heavily reinforced concrete and other materials specifically designed for both rigor and longevity, as well as to withstand “atypical act of man or GOD”

There’s very little in a cooling tower that will produce copious amounts of dark smoke. This is a false-flag op.
