Because they're under a dictatorship they weren't able to develop critical thinking skills , but instead exercise linear thinking. They rely on being told what to do, say or think. In a world made of deceit the person who speaks the truth is considered a radical.
Thanks for the update Ryan. You’re one of only a few today I rely on for what’s actually happening in Ukraine or otherwise. Best $5 I ever invested to get truth!
I’ve still not tried your Angel’s Envy bourbon yet…but I will. Take care
One would think the NORKS would have learned from fighting Americans and other Western troops in the 1950s. The US Marines in particular took out a lot of bunched up NORKS at the Pusan Perimeter and later after Inchon and points north. I wasn't there, but I did talk with a bunch of USMC vets who were (served with some too). I'll bet that drone operator was drooling when he saw that massed target. My best guess is the NORKS will continue to bunch up because their officers cannot control them when spread out. Zero ability and zero authority to innovate and improvise. Also very low ability to communicate over distance. Maybe they will spread out a little over time, but not like Western troops can do and still operate effectively (even without radios).
Pack more body bags. This “Korean Problem” needed to be settled 70 years ago. Now, China…. Their only real ally is dominant power and the chance to bring North Korea to heel is long gone.
Ever notice how Authoritarian Regimes always want buffer zones between them and their perceived enemies? To China, that is all N.Korea is to them...To them (authoritarians) EVERYONE is cannon fodder until it gets in their face...
First, let's not mock the North Korean troops. I remember videos of Israel troops in Gaza getting hit in a similar way, despite being well-trained and experienced and despite having full access to the results of the war in Ukraine. Apparently every military needs to learn the hard way.
Second, it is unlikely that the North Koreans are manning trenches in Kursk. Kim has probably sent special forces or officers to gain combat experience in preparation for a war with South Korea. If anything, the regular troops would be found in Lebanon: it is North Korea that pioneered tunnel warfare and taught it to Hezbollah (and Hamas).
If you need capital you could consider doing a SAFE (Simple Agreement for Future Equity). Plenty of VCs and PE looking to invest in new technology like drones and medical.
The soil and even the vegetation, looked dry and perhaps inconsistent with the location and time of the year.

the plastic chair has already the winter camouflage
If they are, they will die there. As long as no Americans are there. Well no more. This was a bad move by the dprk.
Nice boss ;)

Welcome to Texas, Mr. McBeth!
So is it an escalation if NK troops are fighting in Ukrainian occupied Russia?
If so are we going to see further 3rd party incursions?

Could just be a pep talk from the CO so they bunch up to hear it? It happens. Charles
