Well, It happened again. YouTube Demonetized my video on the 101st Airborne. I’ve requested manual review and I am still waiting on a reply. This can take a lot of time - and it isn’t guaranteed to be overturned.
What really bothers me is that I do play by the rules, but sometimes I get caught in the algorithm anyway. I don’t show combat footage, as per their rules. But the rules always seem to be changing and I have no idea who enforces them.
I actually cut some footage of Operation Desert Storm because it contained explosions on Iraqi Aircraft revetments, so the only thing I can think of is that perhaps I got caught in an automated algorithm that detected explosions or gunfire?
Anyway. If you are a paid subscriber. Thank you. If you are not, and you have $5. I sure would appreciate it since now there is no way I’m going to recoup my cost of going to Ft. Campbell.

YouTube Demonetized My Air Assault Video
Your documentary on air assaults was just TOP NOTCH.
Informative, entertaining, and well edited.
I think it’s nonsense YouTube demonetizes vids that contain any explosions.
Seems it’s more interested in just content creators who post Barbie sales ads.
You represent the best of US - be proud!
Your channel is the only one I happily pay for.
And yet, the neo-anarchist Teahadist who terrorizes the families of local public officials and displays obscene signs at county events is still monetized by, and making a decent living from, YouTube. Go figure.
