Was this Trench Attack a War Crime?

If they are worth shooting once, they are worth shooting twice.

The basic general rules when watching internet content and making determination of war crimes is this:

#1. Are the soldiers Hors-de-combat?

#2. Are the soldiers clearly marked medical personnel?

#3. Are the soldiers actively trying to surrender?

Was it a War Crime for Ukraine to Attack Wounded Russian Soldiers?

Watch now (8 min) | In April of 2022, a video on Twitter appeared to show a Ukrainian drone attacking Russian soldiers, and then “finishing off” the wounded when a CASEVAC vehicle arrived to evacuate the wounded. At the time, the video turned my stomach because I never would have done such a thing in Iraq - but I had made the fatal mistake of confusing the LOAC or Law of Armed Conflict with the SROE - Standing Rules of Engagement.
