In this video, I dive into what the Vietnam War can teach us about a potential future conflict with China. From technological overconfidence to undefined victory conditions, America’s 20-year war in Southeast Asia offers hard-earned lessons we ignore at our peril.

As tensions with the People's Republic of China rise—and many experts predict a possible conflict around 2027 or 2028—it's time we ask:

  • What does victory actually mean?

  • Are we prepared for the logistics, legitimacy, and longevity of such a war?

  • Or are we walking into another quagmire with a shiny new uniform?

Vietnam showed us that winning every battle doesn’t mean winning the war. And in a potential war with China, strategic clarity may be more important than superior tech.
