The four things we need to do right now are:
1. Masking in all spectrums
2. Get over the fear of AI.
3. Establish an ISR officer
4. Establish a Domestic Drone industry

Note that of all of these items, establishing an ISR Officer / ISR NCO is the most bang for the buck that could be implemented quickly at the Battalion, Company and perhaps platoon level. This ISR officer (CW1/CW2), who is assisted by an ISR NCO (E5/E6) and is responsible for all of the ISR, drone dropped munitions and loitering munitions in the company.
Platoon drone assets could be controlled by a CW1 (probably not going to happen) or E3-E5. But this would provide a career progression path to the ISR Officer at the company level.
