Longtime viewers of my Substack will know that I collaborate frequently with Tim Mak, an American journalist based in Kyiv. 

He just launched a new trade publication called Counteroffensive.Pro that will dive deep into Ukrainian defense tech, innovations from the frontlines, and regulatory issues for Western defense firms and VCs.
